Vice President, Human Resources
Kate Picciano serves as NobleReach’s Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining NobleReach, Kate worked in both professional service and not-for-profit industries where she has built onboarding systems, performance management processes, and organizational values and culture programs. Kate has a passion for people and enjoys recruiting, onboarding, and career development. Before starting her career in HR, Kate worked for the Center for Autism & Related Disorders and will always have a special place in her heart for children with disabilities.
Kate holds her master’s in human resource management from Marymount University, where she published two papers on inclusive strategic decision-making and organizational values. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. In her spare time, Kate enjoys doing anything outdoors with her husband & twin daughters, reading thrillers, and watching Bravo.
